All quotations provided by <span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, site conditions, and material availability.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation and advance payment as specified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
While we strive for accuracy, natural stone products may vary in color, texture, and pattern from samples or images. Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone and not considered defects.
Custom design orders are subject to approval and may require additional time for execution. Custom orders may be non-refundable once production has commenced.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, transportation, and installation charges unless explicitly stated.
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation. Typically, an advance payment is required to confirm orders, with the balance due upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, cash, and other methods as agreed. Payment must be received in full before delivery or installation unless credit terms have been pre-approved.
Overdue payments may be subject to late fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services and withhold delivery for accounts with outstanding balances.
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, site conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, quantity, and accessibility. Charges will be clearly stated in the quotation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for delivery and installation, including providing access, utilities, and suitable working conditions. Additional charges may apply for site preparation if required.
Professional installation services are provided by skilled technicians. The customer must ensure site readiness and provide necessary assistance as required. Installation schedules are subject to mutual agreement.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or, if installation is included, upon completion of installation.
We guarantee that all products supplied are of premium quality and meet industry standards. Natural variations in stone are not considered defects.
When installation is performed by <span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES, we provide a warranty against workmanship defects for a period specified in the quotation. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Warranties do not cover products installed by third parties, damage from improper maintenance, exposure to harsh chemicals, or modifications made without our authorization.
To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with details and photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and provide repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled before material procurement begins. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed. Custom orders may not be cancellable once production has started.
Returns are accepted only for defective products or if incorrect items were supplied. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days. Refunds may be subject to restocking fees and will exclude delivery and installation charges.
Custom-made products, installed materials, and items used or altered by the customer are non-returnable unless defective.
All content on the <span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES website, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
<span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES and associated logos are trademarks of <span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
Custom designs created by <span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES for client projects remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may use designs only for the agreed project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, <span class='text-accent-500'>A</span>STONES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to violate intellectual property rights, or to interfere with website functionality.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
